Returns & Refunds
All sales are final.
Every Spells Studios piece is produced in small batches and finished by hand. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, sizing preference, or any other reason — unless the fault is ours.
When we will accept a return
We will replace, refund, or correct the order at our cost in these cases only:
- The item arrived with a manufacturing defect.
- The wrong product, size, or colour was shipped to you.
- The order was damaged in transit.
How to make a claim
- Email support@byspells.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.
- Do not ship the item back until we confirm next steps.
What is not covered
- Change of mind, sizing preference, or buyer's remorse.
- Wear and tear from regular use, washing, or improper care.
- Pieces marked Final Sale or part of an archive drop.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are refunded only when the fault is ours.
